Start with the person wearing it
Care is being created for older loved ones who want to keep doing what they enjoy. A useful choice starts with their preferences: comfort, simple controls and the people they want involved. Age alone does not decide someone’s needs.
Help and SOS, clearly explained
The concept includes dedicated help and SOS controls. Who receives a request, how it is delivered and what happens next are still being defined. We are not promising a staffed response centre, automatic emergency dispatch or a medical monitoring service.
Build a practical support plan
Talk about contact order, everyday availability and what to do when someone cannot respond. Include a separate way to call for urgent help. Battery life, water resistance, connectivity and final sizing remain to be confirmed before launch.
Kaitsa is not currently an active emergency service. Contact routes and response services are still being developed; automatic emergency dispatch is not a confirmed feature.
