Questions & answers

Good questions. Clear answers.

We’re still creating Kaitsa. Here is what we can share so far.

When can we get Kaitsa bands?

We’re developing Mini, Connect and Care. Launch dates, pricing and availability have not been announced. Images show our design direction, rather than products currently for sale.

Which band is right for my family?

Mini is planned for children under 7 with GPS and eSIM. Connect is planned for ages 7 and up with GPS, a talk button and help. Care focuses on help and SOS for older adults.

What does an eSIM do?

An eSIM is built into a device rather than being a removable SIM card. We plan to use it for mobile connectivity in Mini. Supported countries, networks and any service plan will be confirmed before launch.

Will location always be exact?

No. GPS accuracy and update delivery depend on conditions such as buildings, satellite visibility, network coverage, settings and battery. Kaitsa’s update intervals and performance are not yet confirmed.

What will help and SOS buttons do?

These controls are being designed to let the wearer request help. Contact options, delivery methods and response services are still in development. Kaitsa is not an active emergency service and automatic dispatch is not a confirmed feature.

Can I download the app now?

Public downloads are not open. Android is in internal testing and the iPhone beta is being prepared. We will share compatible phones and beta instructions before testing opens to families.

Can I create an account?

Public registration and sign-in are being prepared. The account page will direct you to the account service when it is available. There is no active public signup or mailing-list form at present.

Which colours will be available?

Current concepts show Mint and Sky Blue for Mini, Coral and Sky Blue for Connect, and Stone and Sky Blue for Care. Final colours and sizing will be confirmed before launch.

Do these bands replace supervision or a care plan?

No. A connected product can be one part of a family routine. It does not replace adult supervision, an agreed support plan or existing ways of contacting emergency services.
